आवश्यक सूचना को ध्यान से पढ़ें - इन्दौर में अखिल भारत आर्यसमाज ट्रस्ट का Recognized & Approved Legal केन्द्र केवल अन्नपूर्णा रोड पर दशहरा मैदान के सामने बैंक कॉलोनी में है। इंदौर में इसके अतिरिक्त ट्रस्ट का अन्य कोई Authorized मन्दिर या शाखा अथवा केन्द्र नहीं है। इसके अलावा किसी व्यक्ति या संस्था द्वारा चलाये जा रहे किसी भी केन्द्र या शाखा के लिए अखिल भारत आर्यसमाज ट्रस्ट जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

For Arya Samaj Marriage,the following documents of the bride and groom and items mentioned will be required :

* Documentary evidence of Date of Birth of both the parties. The minimum age at the time of marriage should be 21 for male and 18 for female.

* Affidavits, each from the bride and groom, stating their date of birth, marital status at the time of marriage and nationality.

* The affidavit must provide affirmation that the bride and groom are not related to each-other within the prohibited degree of relationship.

* A copy of divorce decree/order in case a divorcee or death certificate of spouse in case a widow/widower.

* Six passport size photos of each.

* Four witnesses. Identity proofs of the witnesses is mandatory.

आर्य समाज में विवाह हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज एवं जानकारी
1. वर-वधु दोनों के जन्म प्रमाण हेतु हाई स्कूल की अंकसूची या कोई शासकीय दस्तावेज तथा पहचान हेतु मतदाता परिचय पत्र या आधार कार्ड अथवा पासपोर्ट या अन्य कोई शासकीय दस्तावेज चाहिए। विवाह हेतु वर की अवस्था 21 वर्ष से अधिक तथा वधु की अवस्था 18 वर्ष से अधिक होनी चाहिए।
2. वर-वधु दोनों को निर्धारित प्रारूप में ट्रस्ट द्वारा नियुक्त नोटरी द्वारा सत्यापित शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। किसी अन्य नोटरी से सत्यापित शपथ पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किये जावेंगे।
3. वर-वधु दोनों की अलग-अलग पासपोर्ट साईज की 6-6 फोटो।
4. दोनों पक्षों से दो-दो मिलाकर कुल चार गवाह, परिचय-पहचान पत्र सहित। गवाहों की अवस्था 21 वर्ष से अधिक हो तथा वे हिन्दू-जैन-बौद्ध या सिक्ख होने चाहिएं।
5. विधवा/विधुर होने की स्थिति में पति/पत्नी का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र तथा तलाकशुदा होने की स्थिति में तलाकनामा (डिक्री) आवश्यक है।
6. वर-वधु का परस्पर गोत्र अलग-अलग होना चाहिए तथा हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अनुसार कोई निषिद्ध रिश्तेदारी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
आर्य समाज में सम्पन्न होने वाले विवाह "आर्य विवाह मान्यता अधिनियम-1937, अधिनियम क्रमांक 1937 का 19' के अन्तर्गत कानूनी मान्यता प्राप्त हैं।

"आर्यसमाज बैंक कॉलोनी इन्दौर" अखिल भारत आर्यसमाज ट्रस्ट द्वारा संचालित है। भारतीय पब्लिक ट्रस्ट अधिनियम (Indian Public Trust Act) के अन्तर्गत पंजीकृत अखिल भारत आर्यसमाज ट्रस्ट एक सामाजिक-शैक्षणिक-धार्मिक-पारमार्थिक ट्रस्ट है। आर्यसमाज मन्दिर बैंक कॉलोनी इन्दौर में ट्रस्ट द्वारा संचालित एकमात्र आर्यसमाज मन्दिर है। विवाह सम्बन्धी कार्यवाही करने से पूर्व कृपया यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि आप का विवाह रजिस्ट्रर्ड संस्था में हो रहा है या नहीं। किसी बड़े हॉल या भवन अथवा मन्दिर को देखकर भ्रमित और गुमराह ना हों।

विशेष सूचना-Arya Samaj, Arya Samaj Mandir तथा Arya Samaj Marriage और इससे मिलते-जुलते नामों से इण्टरनेट पर अनेक फर्जी वेबसाईट एवं गुमराह करने वाले आकर्षक विज्ञापन प्रसारित हो रहे हैं।

अत: जनहित में सूचना दी जाती है कि इनसे आर्यसमाज विधि से विवाह संस्कार व्यवस्था अथवा अन्य किसी भी प्रकार का व्यवहार करते समय यह पूरी तरह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि इनके द्वारा किया जा रहा कार्य पूरी तरह शासन द्वारा मान्य एवं लिखित अनुमति प्राप्त वैधानिक है अथवा नहीं। इसके लिए सम्बन्धित संस्था को शासन द्वारा प्रदत्त आर्य समाज विधि से अन्तरजातीय आदर्श विवाह करा सकने हेतु लिखित अनुमति अवश्य देख लें, ताकि आपके साथ किसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी ना हो। सावधान करने के बाद भी जाने-अनजाने में यदि आप गलत जगह फंसते हैं, तो अखिल भारत आर्यसमाज ट्रस्ट की कोई जवाबदारी नहीं होगी।
